Meital Nir Tal, Adv.

Senior Researcher

Meital is an international lawyer specializing in Public International Law, International Humanitarian Law, and International Criminal Law. She provides legal advice and research to leading strategic consulting firms. Previously, Meital served as a Senior Legal Adviser in the International Law Department of the Israeli Ministry of Foreign Affairs and was Israel’s Legal Adviser in The Hague.
Meital holds an LLB in Law and an MA in Philosophy from the University of Haifa, and an LLM in International Law and Human Rights from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem (Dean’s List).
Complementing her legal practice, Meital is a screenwriter and storyteller. A graduate of the Sam Spiegel School's screenwriting program, her screenplay was awarded the Makor Foundation Production Grant. She participated in the Drama Series Co-writing Residency at Series Mania Forum in collaboration with the Gesher Multicultural Film Fund and the CNC, and served as a writer on The Embassy (Reshet 13).
